COMPANY FOUNDATION – 1990

The enterprising spirit of TSG founders, António Sousa Gomes and Maria de Fatima Silva, the company has born and starts the activity in the sector of road transports in 1990.

CONTINUED EXPANSION – 1999

Following a continued growth policy, there was made in 1999 infrastructure investments, including construction of facilities with 400m3 of covered area – with offices, logistics warehouse, docks, supply pump and septic tank for vehicles maintenance, and 1500m2 of discovery area for parking vehicles, which greatly contributed to improve and expand our company project.

MATURITY – 2004

In order to meet our customers’ demands and realize our management enterprising on permanent search of excellence, we started in 2004 a new structural cycle: We have implemented a quality management department and we won the recognition with the status of Certified Portuguese company by APCER. We have Transferred the accounting for an internal department managed by chartered accountant (ROC). We modified our corporate image, including our logo and the external image of our fleet. We internationalize ourselves with the creation of a subsidiary in Paris, with the capacity and autonomy to logistics management.

CONSOLIDATION AND REINFORCEMENT – 2006

Between 2004 and 2006 we have invested in a significant reinforcement of our fleet, facilities and human resources. In the first quarter of 2006 we took another step towards the consolidation of the activity with the creation of a warehouse in France, located in Combs-la- Ville. Responding to the logistics challenge, this business enabled us with suitable infrastructures for implementing a logistics center.
